about

This is the first solo album attempt for Samuel the Oxymoron (Bufa), and is considered to be his anti church politics rap manifesto. The project's name, "AS IS", is meant to reflect the "is-what-it-is" unapologetic approach used to confront touchy issues in the American Christian church today. His main intention is to challenge the average self professing believer in Christ and encourage christian listeners to live a balanced, bible-based, fruit bearing life for God. At the same time give the non-believer an inside look at the messiness of the extremes of church practices, methods and hidden motives that only serve as evidence that we are ALL in need of God's grace. Listen at your own risk.
